Creating an ensuite and bathroom out of one old room!

Our customer had one bathroom within their home and wanted to create another shower room. Tim came up with the idea of splitting the bathroom to create a bathroom and an ensuite off one of the bedrooms (see the sketch). We replastered the bedroom wall and put in the new doorway, matching the architraves. We even put a new window in the gable wall to ensure that both rooms had natural daylight.
