Creating a Cloakroom under a staircase

Details:

We enlarged the size of an existing under stairs cupboard, moved the electrical consumer unit to meet new building regs and moved the stop tap – to provide a blank canvas for the new room.

We installed a toilet and basin with storage beneath, the room was fully tiled to give clean lines.

We love this new room, well done team on an excellent job in a small space. This will have undoubtedly added value to the home.
