Creating a Cloakroom

Our customer wanted to get a cloakroom under the stairs, they had a very small existing cupboard, and then some space was being utilised by a fridge freezer that was placed part way under the stairs from the kitchen side. We created the new space taking care of all building works and plumbing. We provided a new boot storage space under the stairs with small radiator ideal for drying walking boots. The new cloakroom has a toilet with concealed cistern and a hand wash basin. We replicated the joinery from the existing banister so that the new configuration looks like it has always been there. Once decorated the entire space will look amazing.

As well as making the home much more practical it will have undoubtedly added value to the home too
