We had previously completed our customers main ensuite and they invited us back to take care of the guest ensuite. The old ensuite did not have a door; just a curtain and rail and an old fashioned feature archway. The old shower was built into a space that had upright old timbers, meaning it was impossible to have a shower door.
Tim looked into the construction of the timbers and they were purely for show and not supporting anything. We removed them to make the shower area bigger and to enable a shower door to be installed, instead of a shower curtain. A new shower was installed from the boiler to give much better pressure. We also removed the archway and installed a door to match the other internal doors within the home. A beautiful guest ensuite far more inviting for guests to use.
