We changed the layout of this home to create a much more modern open plan kitchen and dining area.
The old dining room was at the front of the house and had a window over-looking the side garden. The kitchen and dining room were separated by a wall and internal door. The old kitchen looked onto the back garden with one window. Tim opened up the two rooms and installed doors leading onto the garden patio, bringing in much more light to the space. The area near the external doors would become the dining area, so our customer can sit at their table and enjoy the view of the garden through the doors.
The new kitchen now provides much more storage which means the worktop space can be free from clutter. Innovative corner storage baskets make use of all available space. The utility room was also upgraded as part of the work.
