The old lounge, dining area and kitchen was all one open plan but the kitchen had a dated archway and a small walkway to access the space.
Tim removed the entire archway but also introduced bi-fold doors to zone the lounge and kitchen/diner. This can be opened up in the Summer days, but can also be closed to create a cosy lounge in the Winter. It also means someone can be cooking in the kitchen whilst not disturbing the peace of someone in the lounge – a far more versatile space.
The new kitchen looks so much bigger with integrated appliances and the boiler neatly hidden away. This was a complete turn-key project including all of the decorating and supplying and installing the curtains, leaving the customer to move out for a while and then return when complete.
