We converted half of the garage into a utility room. The new space is fully insulated and the floor has been raised to the height of the home floors. Fire doors have been installed. The new room is a great space for laundry keeping everything clean, and it feels like part of the home, rather than part of the garage. We kept a little garage space for our customers garden equipment etc.
