Create a new Ensuite, Delph

Our customer had a downstairs toilet next to the utility room. The room next to the toilet room was to become a bedroom. We took some space from the utility room to make the toilet room bigger and then created a new ensuite. What a great addition that has added practicality and value to the home.

We made the room smaller and placed the dryer on top of the washing machine to save space. We also added extra cupboards added above the sink
