Our customers home did not have a bathroom upstairs. We created an ensuite, using some space from the bedroom. The work included getting a new soil pipe onto the gable of the property, taking off a first floor tiled roof and then re-tiling, not an easy task but worth it to make sure the pipework is all at the side of the property. Another bathroom company had suggested putting the soil pipe at the front of the property, this would have been unsightly and also in our opinion not worked.

A great new addition to the home that will have undoubtedly added value too.
