Our customer had an unusually designed home with a balcony. They wanted to get rid of the balcony and extend the floor the full width of the home, to increase floor space and allow for an ensuite to be installed and fitted bedroom furniture.

We took care of all the necessary building works including floor joists, insulation and floorboards. We built up an external soil pipe to allow for a toilet within the ensuite. We created the room and inside installed a low profile shower tray, with Grohe shower, a toilet, compact vanity basin and a recessed cabinet with angled door.

Ambient lit recesses add further storage, all fully tiled in Geologic light grey with feature tile.
