Details:

We had previously completed a bathroom for our customer and they invited us back to look at the kitchen. The old kitchen had a separate utility area, which made the kitchen area small.

We removed the partition wall to the utility, which brought the back door into the kitchen and we made the chimney breast around the wood burning stove symmetrical. We removed all the stone flags and put in a new insulated floor. The old kitchen was quite dark with one central light, we put in LED lighting and under cabinet lights too. The new Sage kitchen with Quartz worktops still has a cottage feel, but is more practical and much brighter. We love this new family space.
