We love a challenge! – Our customer had recently purchased the house and had a very small space under the stairs that they wanted to convert into a downstairs toilet and wash hand basin.

The room was tiny which can hopefully be shown with our photo of Tim, Dave and Gary all squashed into the space. Tim pinched approx 140mm of the hallway and had a door opening outwards into the hall. We then put in all the pipework including connecting the soil pipe and created this new space.
