A fully fitted utility and cloakroom  – our customers utility room leads onto their cloakroom. The old bathroom door opened into the utility which made the area feel even smaller than it is. Also the dryer jutted out further into the room meaning that the door into the utility could not be fully opened. The dryer vent pipe was having to work around pipes that went to the boiler, meaning it had to protrude into the room. We re-piped the area allowing the dryer to be pushed back, designed and built bespoke furniture around the dryer and the boiler to maximise storage. The cloakroom was designed with a large mirror to give the appearance of more space, the concealed cistern and mounted basin gives clean lines and by using the same tile throughout it makes the whole area more streamlined. The use of a traditional radiator and peg coat hooks are in-keeping with this character converted barn property. Timeless and functional too!
