3 piece bathroom

  • Location: Diggle, Saddleworth
  • Installed in: 2015

Details:

The old bathroom (see the first two photos) in this stone cottage property was traditional in design and half tiled. The homeowners were experiencing problems with damp in the room and it was also very cold. The walls were solid stone construction. We stripped back all the old tiles and old plasterboard and fitted waterproof insulated board to every external wall. We also installed a humidistat fan to eliminate steam and solve damp issues. We fully tiled the room to give clean lines and to make the room maintenance free, this included lots of intricate precision tiling around the mullion windows. We used an epoxy grout that is impervious to water so doesn’t discolour.

The new bathroom design has a large built in storage cupboard, curved bath and Roca vanity basin with under storage. Under floor heating adds luxury and further warmth to the room. A stunning bathroom that is warm, inviting and built to last.

Customer comment:

“I have been very lucky to have found out about your firm, we have had coach loads of people working on the house over the past 8 years,  most don’t take the quality and commitment to the end of the job, your firm does!”
